These terms apply when you use inspireprintglobalpte.online or buy from it. Inspire Print is operated by LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, a company registered in Georgia, United States. Effective September 5, 2026.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Our products are made for adults; they are not children's products.
2. How a contract forms
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. Until then we can decline an order, for example if the item is unavailable, the address is outside our shipping area, or the payment fails. If we decline, you are not charged, or any hold is released.
3. Products
Product pages describe the cover, the design, and the sizes as accurately as we can. Colors on screen can differ from the printed cover. Pre-made covers can vary by up to 3 inches. Where a design has a known quirk, such as hard-to-read lettering, the product page says so.
4. Prices, tax, and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you paid at checkout is the price for that order. Sales tax is shown before you confirm. Payment is handled as described in the payment policy. If a price is obviously wrong because of an error, we can cancel the order and refund you before it ships.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times, costs, coverage, and the cancellation window are set out in the shipping policy, which is part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by the returns and refunds policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Your account and information
You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address and email. If a package returns to us because the address was wrong, the shipping policy explains what happens next.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a photo or a review, you give us a non-exclusive license to show it on this site. We do not pay for reviews, we do not edit their substance, and we do not publish reviews we know to be fake. If we ever show reviews, they are shown regardless of rating.
9. Intellectual property
The designs, text, and images on this site belong to LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC or its licensors. You can share links and product images to talk about the products. You cannot reproduce the designs for sale. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email support@inspireprintglobalpte.online with the subject DMCA and the details of the work, the location on our site, and your contact information; we respond under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape it, to interfere with it, or to break any law. We can cancel orders and block access if that happens.
11. Warranty disclaimer
Products are sold as described. Beyond the returns policy, we make no other warranty, express or implied, to the extent state law allows. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent state law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your state.
13. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. Before starting any legal claim, email us and give us 30 days to resolve it. You can bring a claim in the courts of your home state, including small claims court. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
14. Changes
We can update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
