Where your cover is printed, and who is behind Inspire Print

Two panels: a printed duvet cover on a bed labeled Hendersonville, NC, and the flat cover labeled Midway, GA

People ask two things before they buy bedding from a shop they have never heard of: where does it come from, and who do I email if something goes wrong. Both answers are short.

The company

Inspire Print is a trading name of LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, a company registered in Georgia. The mailing address in Midway, Georgia, is where letters and returns go. It is not a store and there is nothing to visit. The full company table is on the About page.

The print partner

We do not own a printer. Each cover is printed and sewn to order by a print partner in Hendersonville, North Carolina, then shipped from there with tracking. This is a normal arrangement for a small shop: the partner runs the presses and the sewing line for many brands, and we send them the file and the order.

What "printed to order" changes for you

  • There is no stock, so nothing ships the same day. Production takes a few business days before transit starts.
  • There is a short window after ordering in which you can cancel. After that the cover is already being made.
  • A wrong size is a return, not a swap; the cover you send back was made for your order alone.

The exact times and windows live on the shipping policy page so that they are only written in one place.

Where returns go

Returns go to the Georgia address, never to the print facility. The print partner cannot process a return, and a package sent there is not refunded. The returns page has the steps.

No phone line

We do not have one. Email is answered by a person on weekdays, Eastern Time, and that is the only support channel. We would rather say so than list a number nobody picks up.

What we do not claim

We do not claim the fabric is woven in the United States, because we do not know where the blank fabric is woven. We do not claim certifications we do not hold. The printing and sewing happen in North Carolina; that is the claim, and it is the whole claim.
